  The food, which did take just under an hour to arrive, was of large proportion (most of us couldn’t finish the meal) and there was no issue with taste. The pasta was really nice and the pizza great too.

  Beautiful dining area upstairs, but service was incredibly slow and the pizzas was bland, frankly even dominos would had been better. The pasta was good in taste but small in portion.

  We did have to wait a little longer for the last meal to come out compared to the rest of the table but a free bruschetta was given to us before we had a chance to chase up the meals. Someone made a point of clarifying 2 Of the meals before they were cooked to make sure they were correct.

  My husband and myself were there yesterday and certainly the food was delish but that's where it ended. The girl on the register was great as well. They staff behind the drinks bar were new and were quite frustrating to deal with. They didn't know what beers they had and there was no cider.

  I found the ordering process a little strange. We sat in the upstairs area and it felt quite hot and stuffy up there. Even though the place was starting to fill up our food arrived in a timely fashion. My partner's pizza was tasty with ample toppings and my pasta was quite nice but nothing to write home about. It seemed a little pricey for what we got.

  I really wish i could give them 0 stars. Horrible service, the lady taking our ordered messed up 4 different meals. I didn’t end up getting one meal as she forgot to put it in the register, ordered a vegetarian meal only to get chicken on it since she made a mistake there, asked for the pizza and pastas to have chilies & onions yet none of those were on it, had to wait atleast 40 minutes to get our bruschetta only to mix that order up as well. The manager didn’t seem to care one bit and blamed that everyone makes mistakes. One or two mistakes are acceptable but anything more than that is just plain stupidly. The staff need to be re-trained as they lack the skill sets to do basic order taking, no manners whatsoever, pretty rude actually. Not sure what has changed lately, either management or a complete overhaul of something else but its going downhill. I’d rather go to a real Italain resturant. Absolutely pathetic service by the team. You dine in for the experience yet that day everything that could possibly go wrong, did. Its a shame that my guests from America had to go through this as i told them it is a great place to dine at. The manager told the staff to give me 2 complimentary drink vouchers, he couldn’t even come to the customer to sort all the issues out. Spending $140+ on lunch at this place is a disgrace. Advice for everyone, dine somewhere else or better cook something at home, you’ll know what you’re putting in it and it will be fresh & delicious.
