    Very hit and miss here, always something wrong with the order. You just cannot compare Mos burger Australia to Mos burger Japan. Really need to focus on customer service and getting the orders correct.

    Very rude female staff with glasses. My three year old was helping me to ask for an extra straw as I was settling the little baby. When he approached this rude lady, I could hear him saying, "could u pls give me a straw" from afar for so many times, and the only cold answer he got was" go grab urself." My boy was obviously not tall enough to even reach the table top. She was just standing right there, but refused to help with a cold long face.

    They put way too much soy sauce in the sushi burger, making it way too salty, not healthy at all. It wasn't like that before but now they are all about salty burgers otherwise I used to love their burgers until they make them really salty.

    Would never go to the garden city mos burger ever again! Pissed off by such rude service , I have never been treated that way in Australia!!!
