  This post office does not deserve even 1 star, the service you get there make you want to take your business somewhere else. After the service I received yesterday I will not set foot there again.

  On trying to do a transaction at this store with my efpos gift card I was told I could not perform my transaction here then left very disappointed and went to Underwood post office and was immediately given the service with very same card and left with a satisfied feeling of being helped. There is a lot left to be said from the service I received from Garden City Post Office.

  I didn't have a issue with the service when I went, the lady that served me was fine. However I did see one of the girls there treat a elderly Chinese couple very impolitely. I understand there were communication issues due to the language barrier but from the tone and attitude she had with this couple it left a very sour taste in my mouth. As a by stander I would hate it if someone to treated my parents like that. There is no need to treat others who already struggle with english in that manner. Not saying all the staff there exemplify this behaviour, but it might be worth taking aside some of the younger girls and informing them a friendlier way for helping customers rather then shouting at customers. I rarely give out negative reviews as I believe there is always another side to the story but from what I saw today it is extremely hard to ignore. I hope someone takes this into consideration as I would hate to see this kind of behaviour grow.

  Waiting in line for 30 min while 2 people are serving is utterly bad service on a Saturday. A line from the front counter to the enterance is in no way excusable. There is no regard whatsoever for the valuable time of customers. Whoever the manager is should be fired!
