  I swore an oath to protect the people and I will keep that oath till the day I die, until then actions like this by members of staff and or the security guard must not happen and if they treat people like this again we will take this further.

  Absolutely horrible, just this day I saw a security guard at the garden city library to be rude and vile to two young lovers whom which only wanted to kiss, he was instructed by a member of staff. How they were treated was apualing and absolutely disgusting. If things as this continue to keep happening there will be action and there will be consequence, actions like these will in time lower the libraries view and make them as if they were some rude disgusting people that would go treat children and teenagers badly.

  The staff are quite nice and professional, however, the noise isolation of study room is quite horrible. It is hard to concentrate during studying.

  5 mins late to nursery rhymes session and wasn't allowed to attend. Doors closed and locked. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Do staff know how much effort it is to get a 6 mth old ready.
