    Went to Westfield Garden City store in the afternoon today(10november, Friday). There were two shop assistants. The older lady was professional and helped us with what we needed, and we just wanted to get the things we wanted and leave. We are Local Singaporean Chinese, and we are not fussy customers or anything like that.

    So, at the counter when we were about to pay, the younger taller lady was really rude and was telling the older lady about if we are getting that deal, and saying oh they were......( sounds very secretive).

    Manager accused me of lying when trying to return a faulty product. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    Oh I see, so they have different deals for different group people or different nationality?she thought we didn't understand English so she can just tell the other lady that right In our face???Its Just ridiculous!

    Another good Adairs store. The Fortitude Valley store is the best by far though.

    That's very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE to just talk so arrogantly in front of us like that! She totally RUINED OUR experience in this gorgeoua store. I myself work in retail as well and I can say this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's a beautiful store and this definitely needs to improve!!
