  I don't finish work until 5:30-6pm most days so for this to happen on the only day I get off early, it's pretty disappointing.

  I gave my Samsung galaxy S8 plus for repair at Westfield  Garden city Service centre. it was showing as "moisture detection alert" and my phone was unable to charge. when service centre guy show my phone they said its due to lot of rust in the port and only way to fix is to replace the whole port. how come in just in two months time my phone has got so much of rust, isn't it manufacturing defect and I should get new one under the warranty but instead they charged me $66for repair. This is highly unprofessional and I am not happy with your service at all. I  and my  wife both have been a loyal Samsung customer since many years. I would never ever get Samsung phone in future.

  My Samsung Galaxy S5 wouldn't complete a firmware update. After researching problem options on the net, I decided to go to Samsung Garden City today. I had to wait as I was a walk in customer to get service. They were extremely busy with bookings. They took my details and I received an SMS message after an hour, (great coffee opportunity in the meantime) that they had a customer service person available. Leo, the Samsung Manager was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He updated my phone firmware successfully. My experience in dealing with the Manager Leo was first class. Thanks Leo.

  Shout out to Marcus from the Garden City Samsung Store! He explained to me the features of the Samsung Note 8 and S8+ and convinced me to switch over from Apple. Very friendly and helpful
