  Waited 40 minutes to be seen, (booked 11:10, seen at 11:50) half an hour later doctor sent me to hospital to have a blood test. Which couldve easily been done there, which the Hospital doctors commented on, as there were several other patients needing to be seen, with much more drastic injuries compared to my needing a blood test. Something that would've needed to have taken an hour and a half at most, turned into five hours.

  Inexperienced doctor , they are take 2 minutes even they can't give referl to any spicilist , and wasting time it's too long , repetitions are very rude Nd Nasti , every one should make a complaint about to government agencies

  I've been coming to this medical center for over a decade now. The staff have always been respectful and kind. A few years back, I became very ill. I saw over six doctors at hospitals and medical centers all over the south side. Finally, a Dr at this center realized I had a serious medical condition and ensured I was admitted to QEII, even after the emergency department kept sending me home saying I was fine. I was then diagnosed with a chronic illness and received the treatment I needed. Yes, it's a long wait, but it's in a busy shopping center, so that's to be expected. Just go shopping while you wait. I'll never go anywhere else, because the doctors and nurses here actually care about their patients, and they work bloody hard.

  The women doctor does not care about you. She does not make you feel comfortable and I feel like she does not really listen to you.
