  Not a 1 star.... Disgusting!!! ..... My car was pretty clean as I had just picked it up from a car yard, just needed a vacuum to get rid of crumbs etc that had been missed. Paid for a mini detailing. Picked up the car to find every crumb was where it had been. Also all the little food mark spills still there. Every compartment, above the steering wheel, in the carpets, even the most easily wiped places remained not done! I had to go get some wipes and do the job myself. Absolute waist!!!!!! Lucky I didn't pay for the full service as I was short on time today. If you need your car cleaned, there are plenty of places better than these cheats.

  I recently went in and had my new Forester cleaned. Left thinking they'd done a great job. Today I found that they have somehow LOST a piece off my rear windscreen wiper, they didn't clean my carpets properly, there are still quite clear marks on my windscreen and FINGERPRINTS all over my rear passenger windows. I haven't had anyone else but me in the car since yesterday so you people obviously don't know how to wash a car! $80? What a rip off! I want to be contacted by COB tomorrow to arrange a free rewash and to have you replace the part off my washer!

  Best to skip this joint unless you are Asian on Monday to Wednesday. Can't believe the store has the audacity to give a discount to Asian ethnicity only (those that can read mandarin). We have a word for it, racist. Unfair treatment based on ethnicity.

  Apparently bird poop on my door and dust on the dashboard is not included in the mini detail option. What a waste of my money had to do it all again at home .
