  Every year it seems simple to use Tax but it seems they stream line their process and it becomes even easier.

  I have been using Etax for 10 years. Every year I get something wrong and they fix it. I like using them even when they tell me I cannot claim things. At least then I know I won't be receiving a nasty call from the ATO. Always respond to my messages in a timely manner. That online chat while you fill out your form is great too. I used it this year and I had a response in less than a minute. Will always keep coming back. Keep up the good work.

  For my first experience of a tax return this website was very smooth and user friendly. It comforts me to know that 2 accountants will look over my first tax return however I would have preferred that the website stated that the service would cost me $68 or so. I'm not complaining it seems like a fair price for the ease of service you get. I do recommend this site for an easy smooth tax return experience, if I knew what i was doing, i could have easily done it in 10 or 15 minutes.

  I submit knowing that my info will be checked and i will be contacted(as has happened in the past) if i have forgotten something or i need to adjust. Great mob i wouldn't use anyone else

  So far so good... will await the result of my tax return however the site was simple to get through and very quick and painless! Much easier this way than dealing with an accountant!

  Etax got me an extra $2000 on my return. Good chat service answered my questions and their accountants reviewed my return to get me the best return. Will definitely use them again next year.
