  We trusted LITTLE REAL ESTATE and we went back twice and spent hundreds on cleaning equipment rental and chemicals and THEY turned around and charged us even more money. We never did anything to the property.

  I have never written a review about a real estate before - however Little has been absolutely fantastic so far in my tenancy - from being really supportive and informative during the property acquisition stage; to most recently when I contacted them regarding an issue with the hot water pressure in my house. The property manager Michelle was very communicative and ensured action was tajen with the landlord and plumber immediately so our hot water pressure was restored within days. Just fantastic!

  Jaclyn has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. At first contact, Jaclyn was so professional it was surprising to me that she was in reception and not a property a manager or agent. I feel very comfortable dealing with Jaclyn for any issues that arise and can trust that they will always be rectified in a swift and professional manner.
