  Wanted to express my disappointed with Hairhouse warehouse today. I have been purchasing WELLA SP luxe shampoo and conditioner for years from this store and was recommended a cost effective and different product range that would improve my hair.

  Wanted to buy products here but then felt very unwelcome by the lady that served me, she was rude and didn't seem like she was interested more interested in the convo with the other 2 workers. Didn't want to spend my money at a place with this kind of customer service.

  After two weeks of using this range (CPR - fortify ) I came back into the store to provide customer feedback and indicated it was not suiting my hair type and has damaged my hair.

  Astonished by the complete lack of service. Thursday night, 5+ staff, every one of them more interested in their group convo then myself or other customers. I left after not being acknowledged for ten minutes browsing, not cause I didn't want anything but with service like that id rather spend money elsewhere. Appalling

  Probably won't come here again, had to tell the stylist 3 different times what I wanted, wasn't told I was being done by a trainee, and was over charged for a trim? Yeah no. Also, she managed to out dye on my face, and 2 days later it's still there and prominent. Fantastic. Did not leave this place happy and still not happy.

  Thank you for the excellent colour and cut. I can never remember the hairdressers names. The English lady you are great. You did the best colour and trim I have had in years. The woman with the purple hair you do my eyebrows just the way I want them.. Thank you.

  Instead of taking my feedback seriously or ensuring I was given an appropriate option (credit note or exchange to original shampoo and conditioner that I use) they disregarded my frustration and let me leave the store extremely unhappy. I will never ever purchase from hairhouse warehouse again as customer satisfaction is not their priority.
